open source program that is beginning to rival the (fairly distant at least for the moment) with Photoshop, The difference is that GIMP is completely free. It 's fast, efficient, full of options and filters of excellent quality. At first it may be a bit 'out of place, but after a while' you take my hand and appreciate the good qualities. The defects are not so much in the graphic, as in the operating system (sometimes you can get some strange error message), as things have improved lately.
